Tim 'the head stomping' Profitt goes to trial

I meant to post this earlier, via KY Post:

"LEXINGTON, Ky. - A judge in Lexington has declined to dismiss a misdemeanor assault charge against a former Rand Paul volunteer who is accused of kicking a liberal activist during the fall Senate race.
Fayette County District Judge Kim Wilkie said in court Tuesday that he based his decision on a video of the incident that showed Tim Profitt stepping on MoveOn.org activist Lauren Valle after an October Senate debate. The video was widely circulated on news stations.
Profitt argued in a motion to dismiss the charge that he was justified in using force in order to protect Paul.

Assistant County Attorney Jacqueline Alexander says trial was set for June 20. If convicted of fourth-degree assault, Profitt faces a maximum sentence of 12 months in jail and a $500 fine."

  2. I feel the same way about things so I wouldn't want to see your point diluted.

  3. Fortunately, Profitt's are not honored in their own land, even in the Land of Rand.
